*** Please note that form and process only apply to marketing materials for events, programs, and initiatives belonging to SLI-TE registered student organizations and University Student Senate funded or approved activities.***  

Please review these policies below for more information on the process you should follow when seeking approval to hang marketing material on campus. 


Posters that are approved using this form should allow 48 to 72 business hours after submission to be reviewed and a decision provided to you.

After you submit this form and get approved, please print your poster/flyer and bring this item to 39 W 13th St, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10011, and it will be stamped and returned to you so that you can hang these posters/flyers.

The Register Student Organization Posting Policy and University Poster Policy governs and is enforced by the Student Leadership, Involvement, and Transition Experiences office located in the Funton Hall, 72 Fith Ave, New York, NY, 10040, and the Buildings and Campus Operations office.

Please use this form to submit your poster or posters for approval at least 15 business days prior to your event, program, initiative, activities, exhibit, etc.

Poster requirements:

  • If the poster is for an event, the event must already be approved via Narwhal Nation.

  • Name of student organization/Logo 

  • Name of the event 

  • Location of the event 

  • Time and Date of the event 

  • Email address or contact information

  • States “USS Funded” if applicable and have their logo 

  • Mention of any partners of the event 

  • Any other details about the event
